Restrict Karla Homolka and the Movie

I can't imagine why a society wouldn't want to place restrictions on Karla Homolka, a murderer that shouldn't be walking the streets anyway, anywhere, anytime. When someone has violated the most sacred law, should it matter that a society honor an agreement or, "keep its word", to that person. The safety of individuals trumps the agreement made, not to mention the honor of the victims families wishes.

The movie, if it absolutely has to be made and released, should be a vehicle for restitution to the victims families. In my opinion 100% of world wide gross should be available to the victims families, a massive disincentive to any producer that wishes to capitalize on recounting crimes through books or movies.
